Finding Kit began with one name, one story, one absence we simply could not ignore.

When Kit went missing at only 16yrs old, the silence that followed was deafening. The gaps in resources, the weight placed on our family and friends, the feeling of being left to search this vast world alone. The feeling that nobody was listening. Finding Kit was built in that silence, to make sure no one else has to carry it the same way.

Our mission is to stand behind families of the missing, to help them find resources, amplify awareness, and navigate the path toward answers. We also work with the community in outreach efforts for at-risk youth and young adults. We connect them to the essentials they need to stay safe, seen, and supported.

We believe no one should disappear twice, once in life.. And again in how they are remembered. Every identity matters. Every story deserves truth. Every person deserves to be found.
